About your Trainer, Victor Ouchana
Victor brings over 20 years of experience to the world of dog training. After serving 10 years in the U.S. Air Force (Security Forces), Victor honed his skills through formal certification at Vohne Liche Kennels—a recognized industry leader in K9 training. His expertise was further shaped during five years of service at the U.S. Embassy, where discipline and trust were paramount.
Since moving from Connecticut to Santa Clarita in 2019, Victor has used his skills to provide security to numerous Hollywood events, LAX Cargo facilities, and continues his K9 obedience training with families in the Santa Clarita and surrounding areas.
